Gantry Crane

The QMD250 bridge deck crane is used to erect segmental steel box girders or concrete beams, it assembles the segments piece by piece in order, and welds them to the installed segments one by one to form an integral structure, meanwhile it travels forward and installs the segments one span at a time along the scheduled installation direction. The construction method not only ensures the quality of the project, but also solves the impact on the existing traffic, and greatly reduces the noise and dust pollution, which is very suitable for the project construction requirements of crossing rivers, railways, and traffic roads.

Characteristics:
1.The bridge deck crane is located at the main web plate of the installed segment;
2.The bridge deck crane is used for the adjacent segment steel box girder or concrete beam erection;
3.The bridge deck crane travels forward, and the front supporting point is located at the main web plate of the installed segment to erect the next segment continuously. The longitudinal and transverse adjustment of the segment is precisely controlled by lifting the spreader, leveling the spreader, and the longitudinally and transversely movement of the lifting points;
4.When erecting the typical segments, the lifting point can also be used as a rear anchoring point;
