5. The design requirements of Concrete Spraying System

Set up the performance parameter according to the construction needs and feasibility:
The spraying capacity: 4m3/h---30m3/h (Allow continuous adjustment as 0.5m3 is one level)
The spraying range: Height:17m, Depth:8.5m, Unilateral Width of 14m similar to hemisphere, no blind spot.
The arm is two sections of pitching telescope structure, with 2m of stroke and +60°/-30°of derricking angle.
The knuckle arm is the pitching rotated structure with +30°/-60°of derricking angle and 180°of rotating angle.
The forearm is two sections of telescopic structure with 2m of stroke.
Equip with two sets of the dynamic systems of the diesel engine and power. The diesel engine drives the traveling and operating arms. All the operation devices are driven by the power in the working condition.
The base carrier is designed specially with all-wheels driven, all-wheel steering. The maximum speed is 10-18km/h and can accomplish the stepless adjustment.
