The Possible Failure Forms of the Trolley and Their Reasons



 
As a professional manufacturer producing all kinds of hoisting machinery, we often meet various crane failures. Then we would like to tell you in detail the main failing forms of the trolley and their reasons.
 
Three legs of the trolley refer to that only three legs work and one leg fails to work. Only three legs working may make the trolley unstable or slant. Especially, in the process of start and brake, it may bring in failures of the crane such as the body shaking, slanting, track feeding and so on.
 
1.One of the legs of the trolley is in the suspended state in a long distance. The possible reasons are as follow： First, the axis lines of the four legs are not in the same plane. Even if the radius of them may be same, there still is one leg in the suspended state. Second, the four legs in the same plane, but the radius of one leg is apparently smaller than those of the rest legs.
 
2.Two wheels in the same side of the trolley, fail to touch the ground alternatively when the trolley passes certain track, which can be called “three legs locally”. The following are its reasons: The track is not even and straight. Also, the radiuses of the four legs are not same and in the same time, the track is not even.
