After electric hoist gantry crane is installed, debugging shall be done to ensure a normal operation. Details are as below:

 1. Have an overall check on installed gantry crane, check whether installation is in place, whether there is a neglected or mistake installation, whether connection is firm and ground wire is connected with ground.

2. Connect the circuit to check whether the wire has leakage of electricity and ground connection meets the demand or not

3. Press the button to control crane moving, check whether gantry crane moving direction is consistent, then make forward and reverse movement several times along the rail, check whether the operation is smooth and rail layout is qualified or not

4. According to demands of No.3, do moving test and lifting test for electric hoist

5. Do heavy load test of gantry crane and lateral moving heavy load test of electric hoist

6. Conduct overload test for gantry crane;

7. After finishing above test, conduct crane longitudinal moving test according to rated loads, test distance: move on the whole site, check whether the brake is reliable and movement is difficult, immediately handle the problem once it is found.
