The span structure of the overhead crane
Crane span structure of overhead crane is made up of main girder, end beam, walking platform, electric conduction frame, cabin, crane guide wire frame, railing, ladder and other parts.
The crane uses 4-girder structure; main girder and end beam are connected by high tension bolts.
A long walking platform is set at non-conductive side. Trolley rail is p15-p38 I-shaped rail, fixed by pressing plate, power supply for trolley uses flexible cable power supply system
Main girder is of medium-rail narrow flange welding box girder structure
End beam is of box girder welded by bottom flange steel plate between II type sections.
A long walking platform is set at non-conductive side, two ends are widen to overhaul and put electrical equipments, standard section in the medium, one section per 3m, quantity differs with different span, quite convenient for fabrication and installation.
Cable electric conduction frame is set at the other side of crane span structure; cable electric conduction frame is welded on the top cover plate of end beam to fix hanged steel wire rope.
