HZQD900t single girder beam launcher for tunnel is designed and fabricated by ZZHZ, it could do construction in tunnel as well as in plains. As new developed bridge construction equipment, the complete machine has a 15% lighter weight than the traditional beam launcher.

HZQD900t single girder beam launcher is made up main girder, rear support leg, middle support leg, front support leg, lifting system, hydraulic system and electrical system. Main girder is of single beam type with max section 15.5m and max weight of single section 36t, total weight of single girder is 135t. rear support leg weight is 135t, trolley mechanism weight 39t. middle support leg 39t, total weight of the beam launcher is about 450t.
