What’re the safety notice of large-scale gantry crane?
(1) Prohibit loosing and unloading the hook in the course of hoisting parts especially the large-sizes ones.
(2) The high-altitude installation staff needs to wear safety helmets and fasten the safety belt.
(3)Before finish the installation of gantry crane , the wind cable must be fixed, if it must be removed, the new wind cable replaces the original cable.
(4)The anchoring of wind cable of legs: the fixed point of the inside of legs is fixed at the rails, and the outside of legs adopts fixed anchor, and the fixing force≥16t.
(5) Good communication with crane operator before installing, for example interphone is the main directing and communicating method, and flag language and whistle are the auxiliary method. And before the formal installing, we should do the installing preview.
(6) The spacing between the main girder and legs should keep 1 m, and when rotating, the height of main girder bottom should be higher than legs 0.3m, the specially-assigned person keeps watch on ,in order to make main girder and legs keep distance, and allowing vertical downward impact when the main girder falls.
