How to test the gantry crane?
（1）Dynamic load test of gantry crane with overload.
Lifting the 1.1times heavy weight to do the loading test, the requirements as the same as the above.
（2）Static load test with overload.
In order to check the intensity and rigidity of metal structure.
In the middle of span, lifting 120t rated load’s 1.25 times(150t) which distance from ground 100mm, and then stop in the air 10min, and check the deflection value of main girder by theodolite, and the midspan≤40mm。

When test run, do the record according to the recording sheet made by the quality department.
