a the gantry crane lifts and down without load 2～3times，running smoothly and don’t have noise；box girder gantry crane

b  the indicate direction of controller accords with the turning of motor;

c  check the lifting drum’s bearing;

d check the pulley；

e  measure the lifting height of spreader and then record, adjust limit switch of lifting height to make limit switch cut off power when the distance between spreader bottom and rails top is rated lifting height;

f the limit switch cut off power when the spreader bottom falls on the rails top ,and the lifting mechanism brakes. Adjusting the brake to make the braking time conform to the rules.

g  adjusting the rope length of two drums to make the spreader keep horizontal.
