1) Crane moving mechanism installation and positioninghoneycomb girder gantry crane

Measure the rail and make marks to form a rectangle frame, lift and install 4 sets moving mechanisms with 80t crane to the expected position, and re-check and align them, then support and fix moving mechanisms, install anti-creeper. Support the angle iron on the rail built-in fitting along the rail, then install bottom cross girder with 1 set 80t crane on the crane moving mechanism, connect them with bolts and fasten the wind cable

2) Install support legs of gantry crane

Lay out sleepers on the ground, put 2 sections support legs on the sleepers with 50t crane after support legs are transported into the field (support legs outside should be downward), support legs are vertical to the rail, adjust elevation and keep upper surface in a level, make connection surface of 2 sections legs reach the demand of the specification, connect support legs with bolts

Lift and install support leg head part with 120t crane, rear part with 50t crane. Connect support leg and bottom cross girder with bolts after lifting and fix them with 4 wind cables. Install another group with the same way.
