2. Installation ways and steps
1) Rail installation and re-check
Install rails, carefully re-check its elevation, centre distance, straightness, key point and size to reach the demand of design and construction specification, measure with theodolite the proper position on the rail track and make marks which should be in rectangular distribution.
2) Crane moving mechanism installation and positioning
Measure the rail and make marks to form a rectangle frame, lift and install 4 sets moving mechanisms with 80t crane to the expected position, and re-check and align them, then support and fix moving mechanisms, install anti-creeper. Support the angle iron on the rail built-in fitting along the rail, then install bottom cross girder with 1 set 80t crane on the crane moving mechanism, connect them with bolts and fasten the wind cable
