How to reduce influence of temperature of hoisting machine?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing hoisting machinery, for example, gantry crane therefore, it can give some advice to reduce the influence of temperature.
The temperature of each parts has its own normal temperature when working. Such as ,generally, the cooling water’s temperature is 80-90℃,and the temperature of hydraulic oil of hydraulic transmission system is 30-60℃. It will accelerate the abrasion of parts when the temperature low or exceed the range which will cause the lubricating oil to go bad and make performance of material change. Therefore, the user should pay attention them:
a. The machine runs with overload in the low temperature, in order to make sure it can run regularly in low speed pre-warm phase, it can travel or work after the temperature meets the requirements, don’t neglect their important function.
b. The machine travels in the high temperature is prohibited. The operator should check the value of thermometer; the machine should be stopped when the operator finds questions. And the fault should be removed timely. The machine mustn’t work with fault. The worker should pay attention to the working condition of cooling system. As for the water-cooling machinery which should be checked before every day work, for example adding cooling water. As for the wind-cooling machinery, the dust of wind-cooling system should be removed regularly to make the heat dissipation duct keep free.
