How to maintain the large-scale gantry crane?
MGHZ1200 gantry crane is the hoisting equipment for large-scale bridge. In order to make sure the contiue operation and safety of workers, so the daily check is very 
important.
At least the connection of parts completely every month which including connecting plate of main girder, main girder and legs ，bolts and nut. If they have questions , the operator should stop the machine and deal with it timely.The bolt and nut need to be replaced,but the strength and specification is the same to the original requirements. And the checking should be done every week.
The main welding lines need to be checked : upper and down cover board of main girder and web plate, the vertical welding line of rigid legs and flexible legs,the lines between rigid and flexible legs and upper or crack or not. the operator should stop the machine when finding the problem . if the workers find crack by eyes, but can’t judge the dangerous degree which should be checked by welding inspection instrument.
