How to reduce influence of impurity for hoisting machinery?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing hoisting machinery, for example, gantry crane, therefore, it can give some advice to reduce the influence of impurity.
The impurity includs non-metallic material such dust , soild and metallic scraps and wear products which prouced by itself etc. One they come onto the inside of machinery and reach surface of machinery, they are very dangerous. They not only block the running ,accelerate the abrasion of parts, but also scrape the surface and broke the lubricant film which will cause the temperature of parts increase and the lubricating oil go bad. So we should pay attention to the construction machinery which work in the bad condition.
a. the user should adopt good quality, matching parts , lubricating oil and lubricating grease in order to cut off the headstream of harmful impurity.
b. The protecting work should be done before the mechanism can work normally to avoid impurites coming into the inside of machinery. Once the machinery appears the fault which should be repaired by professional repair depot.
