1.applicable range
JS concrete mixer belong to double shaft forcible concrete mixer which is applicable to small and middle concrete precast components factory, highway,bridge , water
conservancy, port,and dock etc. industry and civil building project.It can stir dry concrete, plastic concrete,fluidity concrete,light aggregate concrete and sands. It not only can be used as a single machine,but also can work with PLD as a simple mxing plant.
2.structure and principle
the concrete batching plant is designed and manufactured according to GB/T9142-2000 《Technical Conditions of Concrete Mixer》. It is made up of charing,stiring,discharing,water supply and electrical system. The sand ,carpolite and concrete are sent to the main mixer by charing hopper,the mixing arm which in the mixer, the turning of vane can mix the material evenly, and then discharging into the dumper or concrete tank.
