The concrete mixing facility has a lot of purposes in a country’s infrastructure construction such as the large-scale water conservancy project, bridge construction, concrete batching plantbuilding construction, the special equipment of brick production line. According to the mixer type, the mixer can be divided into gravity type mixer such as JZ cone reversing discharge mixer, JF tipping discharge mixer; forced action mixer such as JS forced mixer, JD forced mixer and so on. The Germany BHS, Italian SICOMA are the internationally renowned mixer manufacturers whose products are often chosen by the domestic high-end mixing station.However it owns the high cost and inconvenient maintenances. The main product type is JS series of mixer whose main wearing parts are mixing blades, liner plate and mixing arm. The majority of Chinese enterprises adopt the steel mixing blade which varies greatly from the overseas in the performances. The liner plate with high quality will be added the manganese, chromium, vanadium, molybdenum and other rare metals in the casting process which improves the grinding-resistance intensity effectively. However some small businesses take the ordinary casting or galvanized iron, ductile iron which shorten the workable life. Regarding these kinds of mixers, the JS series forced action mixers own the best mixing effect except the high cost; the JZ and JF gravity type mixers own the characteristics of low construction cost and daily maintenance cost, but its application range is narrow just producing the roller compacted concrete for water conservancy and hydropower project; the traveling mixing plant can travel by the towing vehicle and relatively easy to move, but its cost is higher.

The different additives may be necessary to add according to the requirements of different projects. However the metering accuracy of the additives and liquids are difficult to control. At present, the sensors and electronic measuring scales are being widely used which are much more accurate than the previous table balance, volume measurement and other devices. Equip the cement silo with the breaking residue devices and dust removal devices to meet the environmental-friendly requirements.
