ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing JS mixer, so it can give some advice to us:

1) Checking reducer and the lubricant of lubricating parts is enough or not.JS mixer

2) Checking the voltage: rated voltage: 380v, the error is ±10%.

3) Checking connections of motor and element components are firm or not, the shell of distribution box must connect to the ground. The zero line must connect with the terminal block N of distribution box. All of pipelines should be arranged in order to avoid accident.

4. Starting the mixing motor, the direction of two half shafts and the direction of escutcheon should be same. If the direction is wrong, we should change the power lines.

5. Starting the motor to lift the hopper, when the hopper reaches the discharging position which should stop automatically, the door of hopper open automatically. When the hopper is traveling, if the motor cuts off the power, the hopper is broken by brake motor. If the glide quantity exceeds 50mm which means that the brake torque is small, the worker should adjust the nuts of brake motor in order to increase the brake torque.

6. Starting the discharging mechanism, the discharging door should close and open correctly. Starting the water pump, the water supply system should run normally.

7. Making sure the amount of water according to the concrete and adjusting time relay to reach the time of water supply. Starting the mixing motor.

8. Closing the discharging door, adding the admixture into hopper, and the lift the hopper.

9. After mixing 25-35s, starting discharging door to discharge.

10. If the abnormal situation is found, the worker should stop the machine to check, and then test until running regularly. After the new machine is running a day, the scaleboard, bolts and nuts should be tightened closely.
