What are the commissioning of JS series mixer?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing JS series concrete mixer, therefore , it can give some advice to us :
a.checking the lubricating condition of reducer box and lubricating parts is good or not.
b. checking voltage: rated voltage is 380v, the error is±10% .
c.checking the connection of motor and electrical component is firm or not. The shell of distribution box must connect ground which resistance≤4n. The zero line of power must connect with patch board N which in the distribution box. All of pipelines must be looked after kindly to avoid accident happening.
d.checking the steel rope winds the drum in order or not, if not, winds again. Checking the mixing drum, hopper and track frame is clean or not.
e. Starting the mixing motor, the direction of rotation of two half axle and the direction of label should be same, if not; the power connection should be changed.
f. Starting the motor of winch to lift hopper, it stops automatically when the hopper is lifted to discharging position, and the door of hopper opens automatically. If the power of electromotor cut off when the hopper is running , the glide quantity of hopper＞50mm which shows that the braking torque is relatively small, the user should adjust the large nut of braking motor to increase the braking torque. When the hopper is dropping which stuck in the horizontal crossway, after reaching the pit bottom, the steel rope loose slightly, the down stroke switch acts immediately, and the winch stops automatically.
g. Starting the discharging mechanism, the start and close of discharging door should be correct. starting the water pump( after add the diversion) , and the water supply system should run regularly.
h. Making sure water supply quantity according to the concrete, and adjusting the time relay to the relevant time of supplying water. The mixing motor starts to run.
i. Closing the discharging door, and adding mixtures into hopper, and then lifting hopper. The hopper should run smoothly and stop at any place of track. If it slipped, the hopper should be put into the bottom of pit, and then the users adjust the large nut of braking motor. After the lifting of hopper is regular and braking system is reliable, starting the water pump to supply water for mixing drum when the material are added into the mixing drum.
j. opening the discharging door after mixing 25-35s.
k. If you find any abnormal situation after above all of test run are finished, getting rid of faults, test again until it runs regularly. After the new machine runs a day, the user should check and tighten pins and nuts of panel board and other places. And the lubricating oil lubricates the transmission lubrication part.
