1. Indicator lights of power and fault are bright when the concrete mixer applies power.

3 people are prohibited to stand under the hopper when it is lifted.
4 When the machine is mixing, the user shouldn’t stop the machine optionally. If the accident happens, the discharging door should be opened immediately, and the workers must get rid of 50% material and then starting it again after the fault are removed. Remark: the power should be cut off when the workers discharge material.
5 the machine shouldn’t be checked when it is running. The total power should be cut off when the users check mixing, charging and transmission parts.
6 the sand and rock shouldn’t drop into the running parts when operating the machine, the material which sticks on the bottom of hopper should be cleared timely to make the starting and closing of hopper door regularly. And the material which drops into the pit should be cleaned to make the hopper drop smoothly.
7 the machine shouldn’t charge and run with over load
8 opening the washing switch when the machine stop working and starting water pump to clean concrete which into mixing drum.
2.Maintenance
1 checking item before using of every shift
Checking the fuselage is smooth or not. The diversion of water pump is enough or not. The pipeline is unobstructed or not.
2the maintenance after using of every shift
The inner and outer sides of mixing drum, discharging door and ash deposition of hopper are cleaned by water. The inner of hopper shouldn’t have anything. The power should be cut off. Electrical control box is locked. The lubricating oil (grease) lubricates the lubricating points. In the cold season, the water supply system shouldn’t have standing water.
3 checking item and maintenance of every week.
Checking the steel rope, it should be changed when its abrasion reach certain degree. Checking the oil level of reducer box. Checking the rocker of journey switch loose or not. Checking the gap between vane and cylinder wall, the biggest gap of JS500 is 5mm, and tightened closely. The plug is turned on to check the sealing condition of shaft end. The sealing element should be repaired and exchanged timely when it is damaged.
