1.Type and application range
JS concrete mixer belongs to forced concrete mixer with double horizontal shaft. It is applicable to middle and small concrete prefabricate component company and industry
and civil building engineering such as highroad,bridge,water conservancy, port and dock etc. It can stir hard concrete,plastic concrete,fluidity concrete,lightweight aggregate concrete and mortars. 3. notice of order
A，when the machine leave factory,down track,ladder, legs,guardrail and suction pipe are in bulk , and other parts are assembling properties.
B， JS500 are carried by loading truck ≥5t,the crane for lifting should≥8t.
C， JS750 are carried by loading truck≥8t，the crane for lifting should ≥12t.
D，the carrying of machine should be safe and reliable, the requirements as following: the center of gravity of machine shouldn’t offset when lifting ,the steel rope should be hanged on chassis round hook regularly. When carrying,the upper track is bundledby iron wire after it folded, and the hopper is fixed by brake pin. The whole machine and components should be fixed by safe hook firmly and smoothly.
4.Attention of installation
6.11the installing site shoudle be leveling, the foundation should be firm, pithead should be a little higher than ground to avoid the water inflooding the pit.
6.12 the mixer is lifted by lifting equipment, installing 4 legs,connecting angle iron,diagonal brace and ladde, assembling upper and down rails to put into the pit. Keeping the frame in the same horizontal plane.the frame of track shouldn’t distort and disorder. The foundation of down guiding rail can be fixed by user according to the actural situation.
6.13the power , water source,rainproof facilities for material site and transport corridor should be considered when the machine is assembled.
