What ‘re the maintenance of concrete batching plant (Part I)?
To ensure the normal operation of the concrete batching plant, regular maintenance and repairing should be done to the station. 
(Refer to the manual ofMAIO 1500for its repairing and maintenance.)
(1) Regular inspection items before each start-up
a) Inspect the reliability of the self-protection device of air compressor and if the air pressure is stable between 0.9~1.0Mpa.
b) Inspect if the water pump with sufficient water reserve and check its pipeline state.
c) Inspect if the doors of bins and hoppers and mixer are easy to be open and their reliability.
d) Inspect if the blades are connected firmly.
e) Inspect if the electrical devices are reliable and the limit switch is flexible and reliable.
f) Inspect if all the lubricating points and gearboxes are fill with sufficient oil / grease.
(2) Regular maintenance items after each shut-down
a) Clean out the accumulated material inside and outside the mixer and on the material gates. Then cleanse them.
b) Fill lubricant oil to all lubricating points, especially at the seals of the shaft ends.
c) Drain out the liquid inside the water pipes.
d) Drain out the gas and accumulated water in the air storage cylinder of the air compressor.
e) Put all switches into non-working state and turn off the power supply.
