We should design the disassembly project before the concrete batching plant is disassembledconcrete batching plant

The steps are following:

a. the large-scale hoisting machinery is equipped according to the height of 25m.There has enough flat ground and three-dimensional space which around the concrete batching plant.

b.wate, gas and electricity etc. auxiliary facilities are cut off. And the tubes of electrical system, water, admixture and compressor air etc. are disassembled.

c.the external cover plates of aggregate layer and mixing layer are dismantled.

d.dismantling the cover of feed-in layer and room frame etc.

c.dismantling the spiral conveyor, head mechanical parts   and truss frame of sealing-tape machine (the idler roller should be dismantled at first).

d.all of machinery equipment of aggregate layer and flat roof are dismantled.

e. dismantling the upper bent, control room and bracket of control room, stair and column etc.

f. the aggregate storage bin is dismantled.

g. dismantling the powder tank and the frame.
