How to check HZS concrete batching plant before test run?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing HZS concrete batching plant, therefore, it can give some advice to assemble it.
1.check and preparing work before test run
a.checking reduction gearbox and lubricationg oil is enough or not.
b.checking the voltage meet the requirements or not.
c.checking the gas path is unblocked or not.
d.checking the conneting parts of bolt is firm or not,especially,vane, legs, connection joint and running parts, for example,loosening which should be fixed .
e.cleaning the foreign bodies of mixing drum and belt conveyor
f.checking the gap between mixing vane and scaleboard meet the requirements or not.
2. running without load
people shouldn't stand under the frame of main machine in order to avoid accident.
a. using the mixing and stopping button to control the mixing motor, the mixing axle return slowly to watch the trunning direction is right or not, and the vane rubs the scaleboard or not. If the turnning of mixing axle is wrong, the operator should change the two head of lines of power randomly.
b.starting mixer, running without load 1-2min to watch the sound of running parts is normal or not.
c.starting the button of aggregate to watch the switch of aggregate door, and the limit switch is right or not.
d.checking the turning direction meet the rules or not. If the operator hears abnormal noise, the operator should press the total limit switch, stopping the car and checking.
e.pressing the control buttons to check the action of cylinder is right or not.
f.checking thre running of belt conveyor is right or not.
