How to operate the concrete batching plant(Part II)?
The operation of concrete batching plant and maintainers should obey the following rules and requirements:
1. The welding and gasholder and other hot working are prohibited when the gasholder has pressure.
2. It should send warning signal to warn staff when the machine starts.
3. Don’t touch the running parts when the machine is traveling, and adjustment and maintenance are prohibited strictly when the machine is running.
4. Cutting off the power, closing valve of pipeline and marking warning sign when the machine and electrical equipment are maintained to avoid wrong operating.
5. There must have workers to watch professionally when the maintainer goes into the powder cabin, silo, and mixer and discharging hopper. After their works are finished, the machine only can turn.
6. After every shift work is finished, the mixer should be cleaned by stone and water or high-pressure water spray.
7. If the power cut off suddenly when it is working, the operator should discharge the holding material by manual electromagnetic valve to prevent from caking.
8. Always pay attention to the compress system pressure, the machine should stop working when the system pressure is less than 0.5Mpa to avoid influencing the aggregate precision and accident.
9. The consumer equipment of the concrete batching plant should be equipped with rainproof facilities such as motor and sensor.
