How to operat the concrete batching plant?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing concrete batching plant, about the safe operation; it can give some advice to us:
After the assembly is finished, the machine is connected with the electrical system; the mechanical and electric staff debugs the machine together to do, the steps are following 16hours study of test without load:
1. Starting the belt conveyor, running 20 minutes without load, checking the bearing, motor, reducer and other components.
2. Checking the grease lubricates lubricating points of aggregate batching device or not. The gas cap is adjusted to make radial gate’s opening suitably.
3. Checking the grease lubricates lubricating points of powder batching device or not. The electromagnetic gas valve is operated by hand, and pneumatic butterfly valve is started and closed to watch their flexibility.
4. Starting the screw conveyor to check the seal of joints are good or not.
5. Water and admixture batching devices adjust the gas cap to make the valve close and seal tightly, and there must be a certain opening.
6. Starting the mixer to check the running is regular or not, and the direction of turning is right or not.
7. Checking the pipeline system leak or not, checking the air pressure of gas path system is normal or not, and the atomized lubricator should be filled with oil.
8. Watching the feeding and charging of powder and seal situation.
9. Measuring the bearing’s temperature of reducer of screw conveyor.
10. Watching the combining situation of charging, weighing,
Aggregating, mixing and discharging.
11. Measuring the time of charging, weighing, mixing and discharging.
12. Measuring the productivity of concrete.
