How to maintain the concrete batching plant?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing concrete batching plant; therefore, it can give us some advice to maintain the concrete mixing machine in order to make sure the 
concrete batch plant run regularly.
- checking before use
checking the self preservation device of air compressor is reliable or not, air pressure is stable; the water diversion of pump is enough or not, the pipeline is unblocked or not; bin gate of silo, bin gate of silo, bin gate of middle aggregate, discharge door is flexible or not. Connecting bolt of vane of main mixer is firm or not. The electric apparatus is safe and reliable or not, limit switch is flexible or not; the reduction gearbox of lubricating points has enough grease or not.
2. maintenance after use per shift
Clearing the inner and outer of mixer and accumulated material of bin gate, and then washing cleanly. Lubricating oil is added into lubricating points, especially the seal of end of bearing. We should make the waterway empty.
3. checking every week
We check the situation of the residues of concrete. If the concrete coagulates, we should stop the machine and then eradicate the coagulation,; checking the gap between mixing vane and liner; checking the air pressure system; the action of cylinder is reliable or not; checking the quality and height of lubricating oil in reducer gearbox; checking the valve of water supply system; checking the electrical element.
4. checking around
checking the tension of belt, and the adjusting; checking the abrasion of vane and liner; checking the connecting bolts of upper and down frame, stock bin, and high inclined belt machine are firm or not; the foundation is sinking or not; there are agglomeration and sundries in bolt conveyor or not.
5. maintenance and major overhaul every year
After the machine running for a year, we should check other parts except above requirements. And then we should maintain and overhaul the whole machine
