How to operate HZS concrete batching plant?
ZZHZ has very rich experience of producing HZS concrete batching plant , therefore it gives some advice to us :
1,preparing work
a.checking the aggregate storage bin and silo are full or not.
b.putting the selective button into manual operaton
c.starting air switches.
d.controlling parts of power
e. starting air compressor.
f. starting concrete batching plant.
2. running manually
a. all of above preparing work must be finished.
b.in order to make the commissioning and automatic running conveniently, when the system is in manual state, we can start from any step of mixing cycle, but the regular operation of system starts from the throwing of the first aggregate.
c. in the manual state, the first step of mixing cycle is controlled by the relevant button .
d.according to the prechoose prescription, putting the relevant button of door of aggregate storage bin, and watching the aggregate’s weight of display panel.
e.starting belt conveyors to carry the aggregate into middle collecting hopper after the weighing of aggregate.
f. starting the water pump, the weighing of water until the need of weight,
g.starting screw conveyor, putting the concrete or fly ash into weighing hopper, if they can’t reach the quantity of need in the allowable time, we should make the arch breaking of concrete silo.
h.after the weighing of concrete, every materiel is throwed into the mixing machine.
i.after the stirring is balance, starting the valve of discharging door manually, the cycle is finished.
3. running automatically
1) the original state of system
A. the output of sensor of weighing of aggregate is zero.
B .the weighing hopper of concrete is empty and the discharge door closes.
C. the mixing machine is empty and the discharge door closes.
D. there is no signal warning.
2) the system can run only meet the requirements of original state.
3)putting the selective switch to the automatic position.
4)starting the button, the system will confect according to the prechoose prescription and the number of stirring tanks which will start a cycle automaticlly.
