Structure of ZZHZ Walking Type Bridge Girder Launcher
 
According to the requirement of walking type bridge girder launcher and actual working condition of bridge construction site, ZZHZ developed the new type bridge girder launcher, which has been a mature bridge erection machine and welcomed by customers in the worldwide.
 
 
Walking type bridge girder launcher is mainly made up of main guide beam, front guide beam, auxiliary push rod in front and middle, front outrigger, middle outrigger, back outrigger, traverse launching nose, longitudinal bogie, overhead lifting trolley, traverse moving track, hydraulic system, electrical system and etc. Now I’d like to introduce these above parts one by one:
 
1. Main guide beam:
 
Main guide beam of walking type bridge girder launcher adopts honeycomb structure for its main beam, which is used for supporting the weight of overall precast girder. Walking on the top of the main guide beam, below of the lifting trolley is the longitudinal traveling track of front and middle outrigger.
 
2. Front guide beam:
 
Honeycomb structure is also used on front nose girder of the walking type bridge girder launcher for the guidance of throughout hole.
 
3. Longitudinal traveling bogie:
 
Connected with front and middle outrigger, bottom of the guide beam embed inside to realize longitudinal traveling of guide beam of the walking type bridge girder launcher.
 
4. Overhead lifting trolley:
 
There are winches equipped for the front and back outriggers, traveling on the track of traverse guide beam to finish lifting the precast beam in traverse direction.
 
5. Auxiliary push rod in front and middle outriggers:
 
Auxiliary push rods are also used for bridge erection. Auxiliary front outrigger and middle outrigger move in longitudinal direction to adjust the level of main beam and it can also bear a certain weight of self-weight of the launching gantry. All the auxiliary push rod are hydraulic and they are installed on a fixed position of the guide beam of the walking type bridge girder launcher.
 
6. Traverse guide beam and its longitudinal traveling bogie:
 
It is located on the top of guide beam. Longitudinal traveling bogie in front and back of the walking type bridge girder launcher can realize the longitudinal moving when lifting girder. There are rotary and traverse moving support for the bogie. The bridge girder launcher operators can adjust the rotary support to keep the gauge of track not changed during erecting skew bridge. Longitudinal and traverse guide beams are in oblique crossing when it in skew bridge erection.
 
7. Front outrigger:
 
It is made up of traverse bogie, outrigger, adjusting rack, rotary plate and longitudinal mechanism. Traverse bogie with signal track can move with BYO motor to realize traverse moving  of the bridge erection machine. Outriggers are made of standard knots and adjustable knots, the height of outriggers can adjust by oil cylinder jacking. Only after dismantle standard knots front outriggers can be on the abutment when the bridge launching crane is erecting the last span. Once the to be erected bridge is in big gradient and span, the bridge constructors may also knock down adjusting knots and jacking oil cylinder.
 
8. Middle outrigger:
 
It has the similar composition with front outrigger. In order to keep the stable of the overall bridge construction machine, the traverse moving bogie is designed with double track.
 
9. Back outrigger:
 
Back outriggers of thewalking type bridge girder launcher is fixed and installed on its rear at  the position of 1.5m-3m. It can jack-up the guide beam and bear certain self-weight when the middle outriggers are moving forward.
