Installation Steps for Electrical System of Bridge Girder Launcher
 
Bridge girder launcher, also called launching gantry, is a kind of bridge construction machine used to erect precast concrete girders on railway and highway construction site. Before the operation, it is necessary to learn something about installation of electrical system of the bridge girder launcher.
 


 
1.Install thread stand: 
 
In the flank of main beam and both ends of overhead trolley beam, slide wire frame will be welded, put on wire wire wheels, and tension the wires with basket bolts.
 
2.Install cabinet: 
 
Arrange workbench with diamond plate at the position of middle outriggers inside the main beam, then put the cabinet on the workbench and fix it.
 
3.Install accessories: 
 
Install buffers and limit switch on the front outriggers, lower wheel set of middle outrigger and overhead traveling wheel set, heavy punch switch on fixed pulley and resistance shaver on the winch.
 
4.Pave and lash the electrical circuit: 
 
Pave principle line of winch, signal line of resistance shaver, signal line of heavy punch switch, main line of wheel set of overhead trolley and signal line of limit switch, main line of wheel set of front outrigger and signal line of limit switch, main line of wheel set of middle outrigger and its limit switch, main line of front and back pump station, main line of wheel set of back outrigger.
 
5.Debugging and running of each mechanism: 
 
Adjust the steering of every running motor to keep the control panel in unanimous and adjust the brake of every running motor to achieve the requirements.
