Construction Method of ZZHZ Movable Support System (MSS)
 
As we all know, some time we have no choice but to choose one bridge construction method called cast-in-site due to special terrain before the begining of a new bridge erection. For example, if the bridge construction site is located in a moutainous area, or the bridge girder fabrication yard is very far and not convenient to transport the precast girders. In this case, ZZHZ movable support system ( short for MSS ) will be the best choice for your bridge girder erection. 
 

 
Below is the construction method of ZZHZ movable support system (short for MSS):
 
1. Install auxiliary pier on the abutment. Assemble the framework and then adjust its location and elevation. Fold bottom mould and external mould to keep the movable support system under working situation.
 
2.Install support on the abutment cap, tie the low board, prestressed steel beam for web and anchorage device.
 
3.Install track for internal mould. Lift internal mould to keep the right positioning.
 
4.Install roof steel bar, prestressed steel beam anchorage device and cast in site for the concrete of bridge girder. After cast concrete reach a stipulated strength, start prestress tension and slip casting.
 
5.The overall movable support system (MSS) fall down and demould. Disassemble transverse beam of the bottom mould and move away the main beam and external mould at lateral direction.
 
6. The movable support system (MSS) move entirely to the next working position by the hydraulic moving system.
