Notice for Operation of JS Series Concrete Mixer Plants
1. After switching on the JS series concrete mixer plants, the lights for power and failure will be bright.
2. When the JS series concrete mixer plants are in working, wash switch will be closed.
3. During hopper lifting, it is not allowed for anyone to stand under the hopper in case of injury.
4. During the stirring, it is prohibited to stop the machine random. If any accident occurs, the operators must open the unloading door immediately. Unload 50% material by labor and restart after exclude failures. Notice: Power supply must be closed when the operators are unloading the materials.
5. During the running period, checking for JS series concrete mixer plant is not allowed. The main power must be cut off when checking mechanism like stirring, loading, transmission and other parts.
6. During operating, any material (such as sand, stone and etc.) is not allowed to fall into the running position of the concrete mixer machine. The material stayed in the bottom of hopper should clean away in time so that it will not influence the open and close function of hopper-door. Materials fall in the pit should be cleaned in time to promise the stability.
7. If the JS series concrete mixer plants are overload, it is not allowed for them to batch charging and running.
8. After the equipments stop work, open the wash switch and start the pump to clean up the concrete exists in the stirring drum.
