The new type of 900T girder transporter made by ZZHZ is jointly developed by our company and the Yanshan University on the basis of the customers’ requirements. It is a transportation machinery which can operate in the coordination with the bridge girder launcher to accomplish the relevant girder erection task. Also its function can be described in the following way: to transport the concrete box-type girder from the pre-cast girder yard to the construction site through the pavement, railway roadbed, bridge girder (include the steel structure continuous beam, steel structure and concrete continuous beam) and tunnel. To guarantee the beam carrying smoothly, we should avoid the following accidents and take some precautionary measures.
Hidden Danger:
1, The hydraulic system of the girder transporter is not work properly which leads to emergency start and stop in the process of beam carrying.
2, There is no skid-resistant rubber mat between the girder transporter and box-type concrete girder or there are some deficiencies about the rubber mat.
3, There is something wrong about the intensity and smoothness of the roadbed.
4, The girder transporter collides with the bridge girder launcher.
5, The big clearances of the center lines both the girder transporter and bridge girder launcher.
6, The moving speed of the beam transporter is too fast.
Precautionary measures:
1, During the beam-carrying, prohibit the emergency start and stop in high gears. 
2, The driver must operate totally according to the commander’s signal.
3, Monitor the roadbed construction.
4, We must equip the skid-resistant rubber mat between the beam transporter and bridge girder launcher, keep the mat in the dry condition, no water, ice, oil and frost.
5, The girder transporter must move in the low speed.
6, Make sure the clearance of the center lines in the allowable scope.
