Working condition 5: in the normal working condition, crane does not move, and trolley lifts rated load to rigid support leg and brakes.
Working condition 6: in the normal working condition of gantry crane, trolley lifts rated loads at side of flexible support leg, and crane moving system brakes
Working condition 7: in non-working condition with wind load, trolley does not lift loads;
Working condition 8: in the working condition with no wind, crane does not move, trolley lifts static loads at mid-span.
Calculate main girder static stiffness in the working condition 1, main girder strength in the working condition 2/3, strength of outer/inner core marks and connection pins of main girder in the working condition 4; strength and stability of rigid support leg in the gantry plane in the working condition 5; strength and stability of rigid support leg in the gantry plane in the working condition 6; stability against overturning of the complete machine in the non-working condition with wind load in the working condition 7; calculate bearing capacity of main girder in the working condition 8.
