After the bridge girder launcher finishes the girder erection which maybe transferred to another site. Because the huge parts, and long distance between two sites, the machine needs to be disassembled and then transported to the destination, the following safe rules when disassembled:
1. After the erecting girder, paving the rails, the bridge girder launcher travel to the bridge head to carry out disassembly.
2. Closing the disassemble site, the stranger is prohibited to enter. The worker must wear safety helmet and protective foot wear, the worker must tie the safety belt when work on the truss girder.
3. The electrician must mark the cables and electric wire before the launching gantry disassembled. And the mechanical workers must mark hydraulic tube, cylinder and other parts in order to convenient disassembly and assembly again.
4. The disassembly is directed by person in charge and technicians to disassemble in order.
5. Using the sleepers to support when disassembling the truss girder, and the sleepers should be build firmly and reliably.
6. When meeting the bolt can’t be disassembled, we should disassemble it after soaked by diesel oil, strong impact and flame heat are prohibited. The high strength bolt heated by flame must be rejected.
7. The disassembled parts must keep in good repair, and assortment storage , and the interface of the hydraulic pipe fitting must be sealed.
