（1）Cut off the power before test run of gantry crane, check all of the following parts: 
a. All parts assembly should conform to the requirements of drawings.
b、To refuel the lubrication point.
c、Steel rope and drum should be fixed reliably, and displacement restrictor should be flexible.
d、All the steel structure shouldn’t become deformed, and the connecting bolts should be right and reliable.
e、All of motors, reducers and bearing blocks should be fixed reliably.
f、The brake should be flexible..
g、All of the operating system should be correct, and .operating direction and running direction should be identical.
 (2)Ground connection requirements：
a、Reliable electrical connection is needed for the steel structure.
b, Check the wiring connection after cutting power.
c、Check the circuit and insulation resistance of electrical appliance
