1, While booting the machine, prohibit operating without opening the cooler.
2, Forbid the hydraulic oil overflow under the high pressure condition. The overflowing under the high pressure condition is an important reason for the excessive temperature rising which is due to the unskilled operation by the operator. The mainly cause is that the operating handle does not back to the central place. Thus the operator must conduct coordinately in the mining and loading operation, every action needs to flexible, accurate. The handle should not be stuck on each action not to move, it must change the position in a timely manner to make the fluid flow smoothly. Strictly prohibit holding the handle stationary continuously after the oil tank has approached the final position in order to avoid overflowing because of increased oil pressure. The special attention: avoid the unnecessary overflowing, and the oil temperature also could not rise which can guarantee the last working hours be prolonged.
Note: The operation under the pressure-holding in a long period is not allowed.


3, If it is a long time that the oil temperature keeps exceeding 75℃， please stop the machine and, also keep the intermittent working for a period. Generally speaking, even if the machine works 10 hours continuously, the oil temperature will not exceed the limits so long as the correct operation.
4, Controlling the hydraulic handle should be smooth and soft, avoid shoving tug and causing the hydraulic shock to result in fierce storms breaking the machine or working overloading.
5, The rated working pressure of the hydraulic system is 24Mpa, the maximum value is 28Mpa. It should not be arbitrarily increased, otherwise it will damage the parts.
6, Strictly forbid the hydraulic pump reversing and causing the damage to the hydraulic system. The wiring needs to be connected properly to make the oil pump rotating along the arrow direction.
7, It’s not allowed to disassemble the electrical components of the electrical system. When it is required to repair, the professional manufacturer obtained the overhauling certificate can conduct it.
8, The rear part of the ballast tank should be risen before loading to avoid the collision when the transport vehicle entering in the working area to damage the parts. After the ballast tank and transport vehicle lapped, it’s not allowed to substantial rotation of the transport tank to avoid accidents happening.
9, It is not allowed to work when the bucket tooth tip worn out or loss. According the wear condition of the teeth, replace it with a new one should be promptly. Avoid damaging the teeth base, they are not allowed to use as the tooth tip.
10, The transport tank head needs to down and close the ground during working, then begin to dig rock ballast and transport backward.
11, Keep the loader stationary when the motor of transporting ballast is working. Digging operation must be shut down when the loader is moving. Strictly prohibit reversing the hydraulic oil pump. Also support the loader or make it moving with the digging arm and bucket is forbidden.
