1, If the unusual phenomena occur while the machine is working, stop it immediately and find the faults. Eliminate the hidden danger and make sure that the machine works without faults.
2, When there is something wrong about the electrical system and maintain it, cut off the power supply and forbid operating with the electricity.
3, Any fault about the electrical system needs to be examined and maintained by the professional electricians. Other personnel was prohibited to enter into the working area to touch and check these faults.


4, The operators must strictly comply with the regulations on the machine. Prohibit the unauthorized breach, omission and changing the operation procedures in order to guarantee the machine can work normally and the personnel’s safety.
5, The operators must conduct the machine according to the commander’s requirements. Forbid operating the machine by the judgment with their owns’ imagination.
6, Non-operators to enter the operating room without permission and random start or operate various control buttons is prohibited.
7, Before starting the operation, the operator must firstly alarm the bell ringing to indicate on-site personnel in place, ready to be the working state.
8, Once the hook sliding phenomena occur in the hoisting mechanism, find out the causes. Solve them immediately before using again to avoid the out of control accidents because of the hook sliding.
9, Avoid to use the equipment during a lightning storm weather. While encountering such days, the first step is to turn off the total power and park the machine in the place where can connect the ground line. Meanwhile the staff should not stay on the device.
10, Before starting the machine, it should be careful to check all the electrical device and ensure that they are safe and qualified. The emergency stop button is back to the working position and all operating switches are in the zero position.
11, Try the best to avoid using the emergency stop button.
12, Forbid operating the machine in the bad weather of exceeding the allowed wind force.
13, The door limit switch is set up for the operating room, the operator must close the door after entering into the room. In the course of device operation, opening the door will cause a sudden interruption of the operation of the equipment and result in the unpredictable consequences which are very dangerous and strictly prohibited.
