The above is welded together directly and the bottom is taken place with the channel steel. Finally form the triangular honeycomb girder structure. Compared with the box girder structure, the honeycomb girder equips with the low center of gravity, light self weight, high safety and strong wind-resistance.
Compared with the truss girder structure, the welding contact surface of the honeycomb girder is large enough and the force suffering is even. Due to the load-bearing contact point is channel steel welding point, it will be easily deformed while the truss girder suffers the force. Therefore, with 6 steel pins connection between the girder segments, the honeycomb girder is lower deflection and higher stiffness than the truss girder. It only needs to pile into 6 steel pins while assembling the main girder which shorten the assembly period and guarantee the even force suffering.
Generally speaking, the price of the load-bearing steel plate adopted by the honeycomb girder structure is RMB 500 Yuan higher than the steel introduced by the truss girder. Based on these factors, even if the cranes made by ZZHZ with the same configuration and weight, the cost of honeycomb girder is 5% higher than that of the truss girder structure.
