7. When two bridge cranes lift the same object, they should be follow the same order and in the same step.
8. When they move on the rail, there should always be a distance between the two bridge cranes.
9. The bridge crane should be repaired in the safe place. The power should be off with the warning plate which reads pulling the switchblade is forbidden.
1o. When the heavy objects are lifted, they should be lifted a little for a test to make sure that the lifting and hanging are stable and safe and that the brake is in good state. Then they should be lifted slowly. No one is allowed to control three pilot levers in the same time.
11. When the bridge crane is moving, no one is allowed to walk around it and it should not be repaired or checked at that time.
12. If the power is suddenly off, the “0” should be set on the switch handle. If the lifted objects are not placed or off the hook, the staff is not allowed to leave the operating room.
13. If the lifted objects suddenly fall off due to the sudden failure, emergency measures should be taken.
14. The bridge crane in the open air should be stopped working in the weather including the storm, thunder or wind force over grade 6. The power of the bridge crane should be cut off.
