The Safety Measures of the Crane (Ⅰ)



 
1.The crane can be put into use with the condition that it must be proved to be qualified. Whether the mechanical equipment, the electrical parts and safety device are complete and reliable should be checked. If the main accessories including the controller, breaker, limiter and the electric bell fail to work, the objects are not allowed to be lifted.
 
2.The operators should be trained in advance. They should know the mechanical structure and performance of the crane; they must have the relevant certificates. They should sleep enough and have a high spirit. They are not allowed to sleep in the work. And they should not work after drinking alcohol. Also, when they work in the air, they should be equipped with safety belt.
 
3.The driver must begin the work after he confirms the commanding signal. And he should ring the bell first before he drives the crane.
 
4.People can only walk on the required safe road, special platform or escalator. No one is allowed to walk on the rail of the trolley and cross from this crane to another one.
 
5.When the work is stopped, the objects are not allowed to suspend in the air. And the lifted objects are not allowed to cross from people’s heads.
