The bolts should not be damaged in the course of disassembly and not be hit when they are not easy to extract. They should be extracted freely after appropriate adjustment.
Mark each segment of the junction panels of the girder to make sure that they won’t be reassembled wrongly.The junction panels should be handled with care to avoid that the deformation makes the reassembly more difficult.High-strength bolts and gaskets should be stored in a wooden box separately.
Any part of the steel structure should not be freely cut by oxyacetylene flame in the process of disassembly(except the parts allowed by the designer) and not be freely welded lugs to avoid the weld’s cracking and structural deformation.
The steel structure should be protected in the process of disassembly and not be hit and hammered freely. Friction and baking are forbidden to avoid corrosion with the paint off.
The steel structure should be stored on the level, dry and harden ground, not easy to be reached by water, with wood supporting it to keep away from moisture. If it is to be stored for a long time, it should be prevented from rain and snow.
The steel structure loaded should not be too wide and long, to be fixed firmly with rope to prevent tipping and slippery.
