3.Before working everyday, it is necessary to have a serious inspection on the whole parts and electrical equipment, making sure the operation system is flexible.
 
4.In the first time lifting goods everyday, the goods should not lifted to the height of less than 0.5 meter and then be put down by the driver.
 
5.It is forbidden that the lifting capacity is beyound the maximum.
 
6.The lifting goods should not be incline.
 
7.When the gantry crane is lifting the goods, it is essential to ring the bell to let other people run away,forbiding it across peoples' head.
 
8.It is not allowed to let the goods and people up and down together.
 
9.It is not allowed to let the goods in the air for a long time. When the gantry crane is working, the driver and ground controllers can't leave.
 
10.When exchange the working, the two drivers should check the whole machinery equipment and electric equipment and fill in the driver's working log.
 
11.In the process of checking, the power should be shut off and put up a brand,said"Repairing", so as not to cause major accidents.
 
12.After woking,the gantry crane should be drived to the appointed place and adjust the contral handle to the zero.
 
13.If the power is shut off suddenly, it is need to turn off the main circuit and adjust the contral handle to the zero.
 
14.It is not allowed to work when the wind is above six levels.
