What’re the working condition of electrical control device of gantry crane?
The electrical control device decides the condition of gantry crane, the working condition of gantry crane’s electric control device is consist of indoor and outdoor type.
1. outdoor type
a. the environment temperature can’t exceed 40°C, and the min. temperature is -25°C in temperate zone, and the min. temperature is -40°C in frigid zone.
b. The max. environment temperature can’t exceed +25°C, the relative humidity can allow to reach 100%,others is the same to indoor type.
2. indoor type
a. the elevation can’t exceed 2000m.
b. the environment temperature can’t exceed 40°C, and can’t less than -5°C, and the average temperature can’t exceed +35°C in 24h cycle.
c. In the max.40°C temperature the relative humidity can’t exceed 50%,in the low temperature can improve the relative humidity, because of the temperature’s change which can produce mild condensation.
d. The quality of electrified wire netting is qualified , the wave range of incoming line voltage can’t exceed the rated voltage ±10%.
e. Installing vertically, and the slope≤5°
f. Installing firmly.
g. The max. vibrating condition of installing part: 5~13Hz, the displacement is 1.5mm; 13~150Hz the accelerated speed of vibration can’t exceed 10m/s2.
