As manufacturer, we can assure the availability of the spare parts of gantry crane related to the original supply for a period of * years.
In case of supply of spare parts after the guarantee period, the best available price for such components will be offered to our client. All spare parts ordered after guarantee period can be delivered to the client’s factory within 10 days.
Costs and expenses incurred after the Guarantee Period, such as professional services on site, travelling, postage, packaging and similar shall be charged to client, with best effort to minimize such costs and expenses
Services on site for installation and commissioning of spare parts after the guarantee period are performed directly by ZZHZ or by authorized third party, with final responsibility belonging to ZZHZ. Timing for services on site is within 10 working daysfrom the client’s request for services; the parties agree that when necessary such term can be extended.
