（1）static load test：

The gantry crane Lifts rated load(increasing the load to rated load), and travels a round trip along the gantry, truss girder gantry crane

checks the function, and removes the load to make the trolley stop in the middle of gantry, determining the

measuring datum mark, increasing up to the 1.25 time rated load gradually, distance from ground 100～200mm,

stop and hang at least 10 minutes, and then remove load to check the gantry, do the 3 times repeatedly, the gantry

shouldn’t deformed forever. Making the trolley move to the span end , checking the actual arch value,

the arch value≥0.7/1000S, and the cantilever upwarping value≥0.7/350L1（L2）.
