What’re the steps of lifting girder of gantry crane?
In order to reduce the labor intensity and keep the safety for lifting girder of gantry crane, we 
usually lift girder by hydraulic system automatically. The steps are following
1,when lifting girder we should keep smooth and firm in case of falling
2, checking the geometry size for the lifting girder according to the drawings, pay attention to
the centerline spacing of hanger board, the distance between axle hole centrality and roof and gate’s lifting eyes.
3,check the motor, electromagnetic valve and cable’s insulation.
4,cleaning the lifting axle, cylinder, oil pressure unit, oil box and pipeline.
5, the tightness test of oil pressure unit should conform to the the drawings and rules’ requirements to make sure the unit don’t oil leak for 36 hours.
6, starting oil pump, checking the telescopic action of pin
7,after the test is qualified, lifting the automatic girder and lock gate.
