(A) Visual inspection of gantry crane:truss girder gantry crane

1、Preparations and check:

（1）Turndown the whole circuit, ensure the installation meet the requirements.

（2）Check the following parts:

a、If the steel structure become deformed, welding seam crack.

b、To refuel the lubrication point.

c、The whole running gear move flexible.

d、Fasteners solid connection.

e、Qualified gear connection；

f、Acceptable brake installation.

g、No obstacle for crane moving.

h、Whether the steel rope intersect or knot. The rope length coincide with the lifting height.

（3）Electrical appliance:

a、Check the circuit and insulation resistance of electrical appliance

b, Check the wiring connection after cutting power.

c, Check the motor wiring connection.

d, Check the outdoor electronic component
