Gantry crane is the extra-heavy hoist machinery. Therefore we should operate it safely and correctly in order to make sure the workers’ safety. Therefore, ZZHZ can give some advice to us:
(A) Visual inspection:
(1) Preparations and check:box -girder gantry crane
i, Turndown the whole circuit, ensure the installation meet the requirements.

ii, Check the following parts:
a, The crane dimensions;
b, If the steel structure become deformed, welding seam crack.
c, To refuel the lubrication point.
d, The whole running gear move flexible.
e, Fasteners solid connection.
f, Qualified gear connection.
g, Acceptable brake installation.
h, No obstacle for crane moving.
i, Whether the steel rope intersect or knot. The rope length coincide with the lifting height.
iii. Electrical appliance:
a, Check the circuit and insulation resistance of electrical appliance.
b, Check the wiring connection after cutting power.
c, Check the motor wiring connection.
