What're Ordinary Maintenance System of Gantry Crane?
Gantry crane is the extra-heavy hoist machinery. Therefore we should operate it safely and correctly in order to make sure the workers’ safety.
Therefore, ZZHZ can give some advice to us:
1. Ordinary maintenance:
a. Clean operator’s room and dust and greasy dirt on the machine;
b. Check if the clearance of break is proper;
c. Check if the keys on shaft coupling and coupling bolt are firm;
d. Check if the electric bell and all safety devices are sensitive and reliable;
e. Check the abrasion condition of break band and wire rope;
f. Check if the touch head of controller is close tightly and fit.
2. First-class maintenance (once a month)
a. Lubricate the rolling bearings;
b. Check the insulation condition of all electric equipment;
c. Check the solidness of control screen, guard pan, resistor, and each binding base and binding nut;
d. Check the amount of oil of reducer, the amount of oil and lubrication condition of break hydraulic electromagnet.
3. Second-class maintenance (once per quarter or half year)
a. Lubricate the rolling bearings;
b. Check the insulation condition of all electric equipment;
c. Check the solidness of control screen, guard pan, resistor, and each binding base and binding nut.
