Quick-wear parts of cranes refer to easily damaged parts in normal use stage or some components are need to be periodically replaced parts according to rules. Wearing parts of gantry crane / overhead crane / bridge building crane always include:
 
1. Driving device: Rotor of motor, bearing, slip ring, carbon brush and motor itself.
2. Transmission device: Reduce box, gear and reducer box.
3. Braking device: braking wheel, pin roll, brake lining, braking hoop, braking band and other stop components.
4. Hook: lining, arbor and hook itself.
5. Pulley block, lifting coiling block, steel wire rope, carriage wheel, bearing and bearing support, running track, bolt and pressing plate fixed device on the track and welded pressing plate and etc.
